Anna Esipova was a Russian-born pianist and teacher. She studied in St. Petersburg, and found great success performing in Europe, and later the United States. She became pianist to the Russian Court, and taught piano at the St. Petersburg Conservatory, where her pupils included Prokofiev and Borovsky.
